DevRight Media, LLC is looking for a talented Post-Production Supervisor with strong video editing skills. Your core responsibility is to ensure every project is edited to our high standard of quality and delivered on time—whether you’re editing it yourself or assigning it to our trusted network of contract editors.

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all post-production projects from start to finish
  • Edit content or assign projects to our network of contract editors and team members
  • Ensure deadlines are met—every time
  • Communicate with clients about project needs, feedback, and revisions
  • Collaborate with the project management team to estimate time and resources
  • Collect and organize footage from various sources
  • Maintain proper file structure and media management
  • Update and manage our internal portfolio and demo reels
  • Oversee and schedule content for client and in-house social media

📋 Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • High-speed internet: Minimum 500 Mbps for remote work, or willingness to work in-office daily
  • Familiarity with Mac computers, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom. Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Illustrator are a bonus.
  • Highly organized and strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to self-manage and meet deadlines without being micromanaged
  • Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal team
  • Must be tech-savvy and willing to adapt with emerging tools—especially AI in video production.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions (to prove this, include the word “Chipotle” in your application)

  • Hybrid-optional position
  • You’ll have a server at your home for current projects and remote access to our larger office server (containing archives, portfolio assets, and more)
  • During training, expect to be in our Addison, TX office more frequently. After that, just a few times per month.
  • Occasional on-site editing for clients may be required
  • Prefer the office full time? That’s great too—our space is open daily!

  • Salary: $65,000–$70,000/year, depending on experience and skillsets.
  • Potentially more if you have strong experience and or a portfolio using multiple AI Video creation tools.
  • Standard business hours with occasional flexibility based on project demands
  • Commissions on any work sourced for the company. Ability to bring in any freelance customers.
